Project Work: Strategic sustainability and business transformation
Partner

Within the Sustainability Management Master's program by 24ORE Business School, Be-Boost plays a pivotal role: turning knowledge into action. The goal is to guide working professionals through a hands-on journey that enables them to design and implement sustainable solutions within complex corporate environments.
The challenge
To equip future decision-makers with tools, frameworks, and a forward-thinking mindset needed to reimagine business models and processes through a sustainability lens. The ambition goes beyond education — it’s about transformation.
Our approach: a high-impact project work
Be-Boost leads a project-based learning path where participants are guided in designing sustainable business models, either for real companies or in conceptual innovation scenarios. Each project is structured to be credible, actionable, and impact-driven.
We use design thinking not just as a method, but as a mindset: one that activates engagement from the very first session, fosters structured collaboration, and encourages creative problem solving. Cross-functional teams work through challenges grounded in today’s — and tomorrow’s — business landscape.
To enhance the connection with real-world applications, we bring in strategic partners like Envify, Gruppo Veritas, and Fortunale, who share practical case studies and open new perspectives on sustainability integration in corporate strategy.
